Hi, everyone. Did you read my last blog about working in Britain?? I hope you could enjoy it! Today, I am going to write about family in Britain. I’m going to write how different British family and Japanese family. Family is one of the most important parts in our life. So, please check this out. 😊😊

Everyone brags about own family in Britain👨👩👧👦
Everyone is proud of own family. British people often speak about own family like kind or whatever good things. For example, working skills or grade of school. I think this is great. Because people feel love from own family.
What about Japanese? We don’t often brag about family. I think we are proud of own family like British people. However, we don’t really speak about that. One of the reasons is that we are kind of shy. I mean I love my family but I usually don’t say it. This is one of different things between British people and Japanese people.

Good at keeping in touch 📱☎️
British people often contact with own family. So, family always know about plans for weekend, body conditions or something. Of course, it depends on the person but many British people are like this. I think this is also good thing. Because parents can definitely feel relief than without contact.
What about Japanese?? I think we do contact with own family but it is not frequent. In addition, we don’t speak everything to own family. I think especially we don’t speak about dating with someone.🤣🤣 I don’t know why. 🤣

Holidays with family 🪔
British people usually go to a park with their children on weekends. As you know, there are a lot of beautiful parks in Britain. So, people often go to a park for playing soccer or doing picnic with family. They often watch movies in rainy days. And they often go to an island which has beautiful beach on long vacations like summer vacation.
What about Japanese family? I think it’s same! I often see families in a park on weekend. However, I don’t often see that family do picnic in a park. I think we do that only for hanami or something like that. And we go to travel with family on long vacations.

Without marriage👰♀️👰♂️
Actually, the family in Britain is changing. Many couples live together without getting married. In addition, some couples have children but they don’t get married. This style is increasing in Britain now. Because if they want to divorce, they need a lot of money and time.
What about Japanese? Maybe there are some family without getting married but I think these are a few style. Usually, we get married and be a family. I often hear about shotgun marriage. It means getting married because of having a child.

Conclusion
Could you know about British family?? There are many different between British family and Japanese family. However, there are also same points. I’m wondering I should tell my family about loving them sometimes. ☺️💕 See you soon!!
It’s interesting about the “bragging about family” part isn’t it? I find that in Japan, family is almost a secret part of someone’s life. I was surprised to hear that some people even had children after I had known them for over 3 years!
I love the graphics and the topics that you chose. You made reading your blog super easy, and that’s how a blog should be!
